Yessing the Called Work of Now
Seeking to see the ways of authentic humanness, we turn to the process of Christ, to reflecting on and dialoguing the teachings and ways of Christ… leading to our becoming increasingly able to understand the way of working of our intended vesselness for love entering life and intended instrumentality for nourishing life’s processes… understanding of the essence process of authentic humanness. All of which makes possible our authentically yessing the greatest wisdom of this time, the called work of now: Work for all children in the world. Below you will find one such reflection, a reflection which would not have been possible without the essential wisdom dialoguing with those also seeking to see…
(Ref. John 8:12, 23, 28)
I am the Light of the world. The one following me will in no way walk in the darkness, but will have the light of Life.
What is the gospel? A whole and complete teaching of the truth of life… the truth of the intended way of life… of human life… of human life’s intended relatedness to one another, to the whole of life and to life’s Creator. The gospel – the whole of the process accessible through reflection, prayerful questioning, intentional dialoguing, all with faith in intent, a “no matter what” faith in intent – shines the light of life… the intended way of life, given us by the Source of all life, through the Christ… through embracing the process of Christ.
I come from above; you come from below.
From myself I do nothing, but even as the Father of me taught me, these things I speak.
Follow the way, the process path, the process pattern of Christ; I come from above… you too will come from above. The light of life will be accessible to you. You too will speak that which the Father of life has given to you – the Father’s intent and intended ways of life. Without seeing intentionality of life; without hearing intended ways of love, we have no light… we can do nothing. The best we can do is problem-solve existence, all the while the intent being that we “come from above.” Seeking to come from above – developing eyes that can see and ears that can hear – we will have the light of life. Developing eyes that can see and ears that can hear, calls for, makes possible our seeing and embracing process…
Eyes that can see… eyes that see intended ways – processes – of life… and ears to hear… that hear the whole and true gospel as the intended way – process – of love… and at this time of now, particularly all-inclusive love.
We are called by Christ to come from above – to come from above is to see and hear the intent of the Father of life and love and to live from what we are given. Without the Father we can do nothing… without coming from above we can do nothing; for anything we do, to be something, must come from above… follow the intended pattern of the process of Christ – the all-inclusive love vesselness for love entering pattern that Christ actualized by completing and perfecting the work that he was given that he should do – and follow the intended potential-realizing pattern of the process of life – the reciprocally nourishing instrumentality for the life everlasting command of the Father, command made clear by the Christ…
All of which calling for, at this time of potential, our joining in this process by seeing and answering Yes to our calling – the unique essence embedded within – while embracing the called work of humanity at this time of now:
Work for all children in the world…
Move towards wholeness, away from that which divides…
Create virtue sourced, essence based, value adding processes…
Virtue – love and wisdom – sourced,
Essence – each and all have potential, work, purpose and spirituality – based,
Value adding – moving towards intentionality, towards advancing humanness, towards nourishing life – processes.
Always remembering, if all-inclusive love is not present in the process – in our processes – all-inclusive love will not be present in the outcome…
All of which calls for our remembering the community-creating promise and guidance given us by Christ:
Where two or more are gathered in my name, so there shall I be.
Humbly in service to creating a work for all children culture,
Sandra Maslow Smith
