The River of Life

The river of life flows forward; it does not flow backward.  At this time – when it comes to the children, all of our children – there is but one river of life.  There are no separate streams, no ideological islands of refuge.

The river of life flows forward; it does not flow backward.  At this time – when it comes to the children, all of our children – there is but one river of life… an emerging reality that naturally and necessarily brings forth diminishing strength to the long-held notions of separate streams and ideological islands of refuge.  What is not diminished, what is not lost in the forward upward unfolding, are the truths of the previous… for the truths of the previous are enfolded within the intended unfolding, emerging as deeper, more wholistic expressions of truth.  The truth of the all-inclusive love of the Source, having enfolded within, the love restricted by blood, comes to mind… a going forward reality that enables necessary detachment from previously held notions, and the taking up of pursuits that work for all children, all children in the world… pursuits which themselves call upon and deepen our faith in intent… our faith in intended ways of working of life on this earth, the particular manifestation of faith that the work – the work of the here and unfolding now – demands of us.
