There is intent behind the whole of creation –
an upward, evolving, unfolding intent…
Sourced in intent, the flow and process of our work share the common point of acceptance – the unreserved, inner acceptance – that here and now – during our time – there has begun an unfolding: A moving towards wholeness – as a people of earth, as a community of life. This is for us a step change, a shift in being, an upward leap along the path of our potential to be and become fully and truly human.
The unfolding at this time of realizing potential is both an act of will – the will force of creation – and an act of willfulness on our part – that of bringing our will into congruence with the will force of creation… a process of developing serious intent… a process out from which can emerge and increasingly authentic “Yes” – “Yes” to our instrumentality, the particular instrumentality required on our part to bring into fruition the intended unfolding.
It is work that enables and makes possible the transcending of our ego – the ego of our will, the ego of our image of what should be – to the purposeful orientation required for our becoming intentional… intentional being the central forming core, the essential character, of the shift in being called for at this time. The particular work now being called for is twofold: the bringing about of a work for all children culture and the engaging in wholistic, life of the whole approaches. These two being the complementary processes of and from wholeness… truly complementary in that the vitality and viability of each requires the active presence of the other. Work at this time involves taking things to essence, essence being the pattern of intent, the organizing instrument of will… thus the need to anchor our work in the seeing and understanding of the essence of a work for all children culture and the essence of wholistic, life of the whole approaches.
It is images coming out from the seeing of these essences that provide the processing guidance for our work… images guided by wisdom. For wisdom is present to creation. It is she who best understands intent, the intended unfolding… thus this time, our time, being a time for accessing wisdom, the wisdom of wholeness, the wisdom necessary to guide reason.
Flowing out from work are roles, the taking on of roles that are related to particular aspects of the work, and that are systemically related to each other… roles and work that enable our becoming intentional – as a community, as a people moving towards wholeness.

Reflecting on what has been written, we begin to see an unfolding of process and flow: A coming from intent, an acceptance of now, “Yes” to instrumentality, the work and working of work, roles emerging from particular work, the emergence of intentionality – intentional community. Further processing – both innerly and among ourselves – we begin to see and notice other things as well. For example,
… our work is essence-led, not existence-based.
… the significance of work.
… the necessity of detaching – detaching from that which holds us bound, particularly innerly.
… the realization that that which has come before – our efforts, our struggles, our aims – is in reality the preparing and preparation of the instrument for this time and work.
Images of faith and hope also begin to appear; faith in that as we take up this work, that which is needed, that which is intended, the intended unfolding will occur… which brings forth the questioning, could there be greater, more real hope possible for us, for all of life, than in our being and becoming intentional – living and working in intended ways, fulfilling the intent of the source of creation?
Throughout this writing an image from another time was more or less continually present. It was an image of a young woman who willfully surrendered – said “Yes” – to her instrumentality… a real “Yes” given in the presence of an understanding and clarity concerning the implications to her regarding her betrothment and her status within her culture and community… a “Yes” to the work, a “Yes” without complete understanding of the intended unfolding. This image had some significance to the author; perhaps it will to a few others as well.
