This time of potential is a time for shifting –
shifting from reactive thinking to reflective thoughtfulness…
and through love in the process,
shifting our start points from economics, legality and rights
to dignity, potential and life of the whole,
all of which come together in intentional purposes.
Ultimately, all true purposes are sourced in our Creator’s intentionality – the intended ways of our working and living upon this earth. Our work at this time of potential is to generate an understanding and articulation of intentional purposes, intentional purposes being the harmonious integration of the Creator’s intent with the intent we hold for systems and processes essential to our well being and continued presence on this earth… and by so doing, we continue our advancement towards becoming more fully and truly human… as intended.
Re-purposing begins with reflective work, reflection and intentional dialogue that have as their aim, the seeing and experiencing of what is actively present when we are truly working – doing the work of our heart… what we commonly think of as our called work. We are drawn to this reflective process as we are experiencing a “coming apart” within ourselves and within our way of working, our way of being… a “coming apart” that is clearly having a de-spiritualizing effect.
Through this reflective work, images come to us, images through which we gain a personal deeper sense of what we are about here, a deeper sense of the virtue within… images which we begin to describe with words… words that express the potential we “see” for re-purposing ourselves and our work… a re-purposing that is possible through the vivification of the essence of our work – our intentional purpose – and a working philosophy that allows us to both live from and access Spirit. From and through this philosophy and purpose, we begin to unfold our ethical principles, principles that enable us to transcend ego – the ego of identity… ethical principles that enable us to stay on course, so to speak, in regards to our purpose… to our being purposeful. We also see within our ethical principles the potential to manage reactivity.
