The time is now; the need is for a process, one that clearly starts with taking the path of intent – the top of the mountain. A lesser start point will not have resolving or reconciling power… will not provide the step change called for. We need a process for taking the path of intent; for bringing the world of our making into congruence with the world of intent, regardless of the arena of work we enter.
It is helpful to remember that this time of potential is about accessing wisdom, the wisdom of wholeness. In the previous time, it was about reason; thus the need for processes relating to proof, the “doubting Thomas” process, so to speak. Proof is not a pursuit of wisdom. This is about intuition, the intuition of wholeness; about believing and therefore being able to see. It is not so much about convincing minds, but rather opening hearts – and by doing so, creating an understanding that makes visible what we intuitively have held. We often know what something is not before we know what it is. Thus we can say our process is not a “doubting Thomas” process. Now, as we shift from the doubting Thomas process, we are looking to wisdom to guide reason. Thus our process will certainly be organized around wisdom and truth, versus analysis and facts, for example. Yet conviction and credibility will be actively present, at a depth and wholeness not possible through the processes of reason… and we are about process versus structure, equality versus hierarchy. Finally, I am finding it to be very helpful to see our instrumentality in the same light as we see truth: That which continues to increase in depth and wholeness, thus our YES is not an event, but an unfolding process… a continuous affirming; a YES to ever larger wholes.
