Food for Dialogue…
The word we commonly give to how humans organize to carry out work and generate value is business. A way of organizing that is not unlike the hiving of bees. As our business moves towards intentionality, being a truly human endeavor, it enfolds and unfolds in value adding – run up – ways… run up versus run down ways… run up with regard to the life processes of earth… run up in advancing humanness ways… run up in congruence with intent, intended ways. An enfolding and unfolding of truths, of essence ways; regardless of our business – be it material structuring, food growing, scientific discovering, entertaining, educating, governing, informing, etc…. and regardless of our field of endeavor – be it health care, service, sports, transporting, not for profit or for profit, etc. All of which are guided by intentional ethics and share a common core of being a virtue sourced, essence based, value adding process.
The essential virtue at this time of potential is wholeness – moving towards wholeness… wholeness of truth of the Source, wholeness of life, wholeness of humanity… wholeness of approach. A wholeness of approach that calls for developing the seeing mind of wisdom and for intentionalizing the knowing mind of reason… for embracing the wholeness of intent. A wholeness of approach which calls upon the process mind of intuition – the intuition of wholeness – and the structuring mind of reason working in complementary, systemic, intentional ways… working wholistically… wholistically forming the process mind of intentionality – the mind of our being and becoming an intentional people of life… an authentic people of and from the Source. A process mind and a way of processing and dialoguing that reflects the reality that, at this time of potential, community is the smallest whole.
It is through work, intended work and role; through our virtue sourced, value adding work and intentional ways of working, that the intentional mind and the unconditioned heart become a systemic manifestation of the whole of humanity, the whole of the truth of humanity. A wholeness and systemicness present within and required for our being and becoming fully and truly human… our becoming an intentional people of life; an intentional, truly human – love in the process – people of earth… the living earth.
